Not happy. Purchased the app & tried to d/l it with no success. Went to get a refund & it had just passed the 15 min timeframe for a refund -UNFAIR!

Tried it a few times and it made me have anxiety attacks or experience nervousness.
Rhe guiding to physically relax prior to doing rhe technique is not very effective. Frankly her voice is not soothing. Would like $ back.
